My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling stuck in a relationship that isn't quite working but you aren't ready to leave? Does it feel like ages since you and your partner really connected emotionally? Are you feeling ho hum about your sex life? And is boredom or conflict making it hard to even talk about these issues with your partner? I'd love to help!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am open-minded, nonjudgmental, and empathetic. I like to meet you where you are, explore where you want to be, and collaboratively strategize ways to get you there. I bring a relational/systemic lens to the work we do, always looking for the ways relationships can function better for the individuals inside them. Outside of therapy I am a mom to a teen and a tween, and a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many excellent people. My favorite outside of therapy activities are hiking and backpacking, yoga, gardening, cooking, live music, attending festivals, and travel. I look forward to connecting and helping you unstick!
