I will help you discover what blocks your life's development. Counseling is an evolving process, which does not happen along the same path for each individual. However, most clients strive for the same thing, "to be happy." I work in a collaborative, strength's-based fashion to help you improve your life and your relationships. Therapy with me blends science-backed techniques with real human connection. I walk beside adults, couples, and families wrestling with addiction. Real change is possible

I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I specialize in helping people struggling with relationships, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and addiction/substance use (your own addiction or helping you deal with a family members'). For the past 25+ years I have been providing confidential counseling enabling people to learn new ways of coping with life's problems. I believe change is possible.
