I work with adults navigating anxiety, relational patterns, family-of-origin wounds, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many of my clients are deep feelers and caregivers who are ready to reclaim space for themselves. I support folks in understanding their nervous system, reconnecting with their body’s wisdom, and creating meaningful change in how they relate to themselves and others.
Specialties
I support clients navigating life transitions, grief, and situational stress with compassion and practical tools. Together, we work to restore balance and build resilience in the face of change.
I help clients understand the roots of their anxiety and support them in building regulation skills through trauma-informed, body-based practices that increase calm, confidence, and clarity.
Family conflict often stems from patterns that began long ago. I help clients explore intergenerational dynamics, unspoken roles, and communication challenges that may be impacting current relationships. Whether you are navigating tension with parents, siblings, or chosen family, I provide a nonjudgmental space to understand these cycles, set boundaries, and move toward more authentic, respectful connection.
I offer a trauma-informed approach integrating EMDR preparation, somatic awareness, and parts work to help clients safely process trauma, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a sense of internal safety.
Together we explore the origins of self-critical beliefs and build practices that support self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and a more connected, empowered relationship with self and others.
