My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with a broad range of clients. Many of the clients I serve struggle with long-term mental health issues (bipolar disorder, BPD, PTSD) and are in need of symptom management, coping skills and crisis support. Other clients are often going through a difficult period in their life and need someone supportive to help them find meaning in their struggles.

My Approach to Helping

I will work with you on exploring your thinking patterns, emotions and responses while leaning on your strengths in that process. I also strive to maximize each session by teaching skills that my clients can lean on and practice between sessions. The skills I teach are often based in CBT or DBT interventions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I enjoy helping clients make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. Whether you are looking for support in getting through a difficult time or looking towards long-term inner work I am happy to help. I believe that my clients are the experts on their lives and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them during their journey for healing and growth.
