If you are struggling or are feeling overwhelmed and in need of support, you are not alone. I am here to listen and help build on your strengths and to support you towards feeling more in control of your life.

My Approach to Helping

I have experience working with adults of all ages who are struggling with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges. When working with my clients, I implement a selective combination of techniques from narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing together with a strengths-based approach. I want to hear your story and the impact your past has on your present. I also want to know what you do well and the things about you that help you handle stress and life’s challenges. Together we will identify your strengths and learn how to utilize them to bring you even closer to achieving your goals.
