My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with gender and sexual minorities, including transgender, non-binary, gender-expansive, and gender-non-conforming adolescents and adults. Many of my clients are navigating complex identities, internalized oppression, and experiences of marginalization. I also work well with folks exploring polyamory, kink, neurodivergence, family-of-origin dynamics, and creative expression. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, or yearning for deeper connection with yourself/others.

My Approach to Helping

My clinical work is rooted in gender-affirming care and extensive experience supporting LGBTQIA+ communities. I take a relational, trauma-informed, and liberation-centered approach to therapy. Together, we co-create a space of safety, empathy, and curiosity, allowing you to explore your story, heal wounds, and reconnect with your inner resilience. My focus is not on “fixing” you but on helping you access the internal tools you already hold. We work collaboratively to unpack anxiety, shame, gender dysphoria, early attachment wounds, or body disconnection, and to cultivate meaningful, lasting changes. I am a WPATH GEI SOC8 Certified Member.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy, for me, is both personal and political. As a queer and trans therapist, I am committed to dismantling systems of oppression that harm our bodies, relationships, and sense of self. My practice is grounded in values of equity, bodily autonomy, and collective care. I support movements for trans liberation, racial justice, disability justice, and decolonial healing. Outside the therapy room, I’m a proud cat-lover and a synth music explorer, and creative practices that feed my spirit and remind me of the nonlinear beauty of healing. I believe everyone deserves access to affirming care, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their voices and imagine new possibilities for themselves.
