How I Can Help You

When you meet with me you can expect it to feel like a conversation. My goal is to provide a space for you to notice and process your thoughts, emotions, and questions. I'm there to help guide you through the complexity of the journey toward healing and self-awareness. I will offer you new perspectives, challenge you to try new ways of thinking and relating to the world, and offer tools to help you in everyday life. I will bring the knowledge I have to help you make sense of your experiences, find meaning, and build stronger, healthier relationships. As a student intern, I am continually learning. I may not always have the answers, but I am committed to supporting you with openness and humility.

Why I Became a Therapist

I have always been drawn to people. I have endless curiosity about the uniqueness of each person I meet. I see how much it means to people to just have someone willing to listen without judgment or wanting to fix them. There is power in simply being heard and seen, and that's what I wanted to offer others. This profession allows me to be a curious listener, to bear witness to the beauty and pain that co-exist in everyone's story, and offer support along the way.
