My Ideal Client

I provide a space for folks to feel accepted and to be held in nonjudgmental understanding. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, pondering gender and sexuality, wanting to bring your spirituality into sessions, or needing a space for deep listening, I may be a good fit for you!

My Approach to Helping

I approach therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic perspective. Sessions with me are relational, focused on deep understanding, and recognize that you are the expert of your own life. As your therapist, I see myself as walking along the path with you. You lead the way but I am there to help clear the weeds and find the best path forward.

I consider my personal and professional values to be one in the same. They include: - To accountably dismantle racism and other oppressions in myself and the mental health profession. - The inherent worth and dignity of every being, community, and relationship. - The right to free and responsible search for truth and meaning for every being and community. - Respect for every being and community as my liberation is tied to theirs.
