My Ideal Client

You may carry persistent worry, shame, or perfectionism, find yourself falling into cycles of avoidance, or feel stuck in a painful relationship with food and your body that leaves you questioning your worth. You may be your own harshest critic, unsure of who you are outside of the expectations you carry. I also support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and sense of self.

My Approach to Helping

Drawing on ACT and DBT, I’ll help you understand how difficult patterns took shape, build skills to interrupt them, and develop confidence in your ability to tolerate difficult thoughts and feelings rather than needing to escape them. My style is warm and compassionate. I’ll offer structure and skills when they’re useful, but I’ll always lean on your wisdom and values to create a plan that feels true to you. I bring specialized training in eating disorders and work with people in all bodies to nurture affirming relationships with food and self. I believe therapy is about more than finding solutions. It’s about cultivating a meaningful relationship that makes room for honesty, thoughtful reflection, and the healing that becomes possible when you finally feel safe and understood.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m a full human in the room with you. You can expect me to walk alongside you every step of the way and bring my true self into our work. I balance professionalism with genuineness and bring plenty of humor and real talk when needed. I believe meaningful therapy comes from creating a space where you can show up as you are, without needing to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be honest, curious about yourself, and connected to your own wisdom and values as we work together.
