My Ideal Client

My ideal clients are those individuals who are motivated to understand their mental health and make changes. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, mood changes, trauma symptoms, ADHD and other symptoms that affect daily functioning.

My approach is compassionate, individualized and collaborative. I take the time to understand hour concerns, i explain the treatment options available and work together with you to create a treatment plan that may include medication, education and ongoing support.
