My Ideal Client

I treat adults, adolescents, and children (age 8+) with a full range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and schizophrenia. I have a special interest in reproductive psychiatry, perinatal psychiatry, and maternal mental health.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to patient care centers around empathy and active listening. I try to bring compassion, warmth, insight, and professionalism to every patient interaction. My goal is to build strong relationships so I can support my patients in long-term improvement. I utilize the bio-psycho-social model and consider all parts of a person's life (medical history, family history, lifestyle, goals, and values) when developing an individualized treatment plan.
