Our Ideal Client

My ideal clients are Asian, BIPOC, immigrant, first generation, and international adults navigating trauma, identity, relationships, and cultural transition. Many feel emotionally sensitive, lonely, or unseen, and struggle with anxiety or depression. I work well with those seeking depth, self understanding, and a therapeutic space that honors both cultural context and inner life.

How I Can Help You

I am a trilingual therapist providing care in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and a Jungian analyst candidate trained in relational psychodynamic therapy. I believe healing happens through safe, attuned relationships where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, cross cultural adjustment, hypersensitivity, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. My work integrates Jungian perspectives to gently explore the parts of self that may feel hidden, conflicted, or silenced. Together, we move toward greater self awareness, emotional integration, and more grounded, authentic ways of relating to self and others.

Our Personal Beliefs and Interests

At Brave Hope Counseling, we believe healing happens in safe, respectful, and culturally affirming relationships. We are a women owned, collaborative practice committed to trauma informed, anti oppressive care that honors each person’s lived experience, identities, and inner world. We strive to serve Asian, BIPOC, immigrant, first generation, LGBTQ+ affirming, and other marginalized communities with dignity and compassion. Our clinicians value curiosity, humility, and ongoing learning, and recognize the impact of systemic oppression, cultural expectations, and intergenerational trauma on mental health. We believe therapy should be relational, accessible, and empowering, creating space for clients to feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful growth.
