I work with adults experiencing anxiety who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and develop a different relationship with fear, stress, and self-doubt. Together, we explore the patterns underneath anxiety with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I help clients build practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-trust. I believe healing happens through both insight and feeling safe enough to reconnect with yourself.
