My Ideal Client

I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, performance anxiety (common in artists and athletes), burnout, and grief. If you're feeling overwhelmed by trauma, life stage changes, a faith transition, college shifts, a new ADHD diagnosis, day-to-day stress, or challenges related to the female or LGBTQIA+ experience, I’d be privileged to be your therapist.

My Approach to Helping

My work is tailored to meeting you where you're at, and offering evidence-based compassionate services to help guide you toward your own powerful insight. It is your hour, and one that I strive to feel authentic, affirming, and non-judgmental. If you are trying to achieve better balance, peace, and clarity in life, I will provide the space and tools for you to be successful. In our sessions, we will use powerful tools, including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Feminist Multicultural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you make positive changes and feel more joy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work as a therapist is informed and oriented from a multicultural and social justice informed lens. I am a supporter and ally of the Black Lives Matter Movement and the LGBTQIA+ community, both in and out of my work as a mental health provider. From this lens, I believe we all operate within systems of the world around us. It is necessary then to consider the impact of these systems on our mental health and on our stories; whether these systems strengthen and instill power and wisdom within, or if they oppress and create barriers and pain. Together, we will zoom out and consider the ways your experiences are shaped by the world around you, and we will zoom in to understand the parts of yourself that are tired, hurting, and in need of compassion. By taking this 3-D view of yourself, you can expect to gain clarity, self-compassion, and direction toward greater happiness, healing, and peace.
