My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with OCD and anxiety, as well as supporting teens and young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and increasing pressures. I also have a strong interest in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional shifts that can come with this stage of life. I am experienced in working with LGBTQ+ clients and strive to provide an affirming and inclusive space.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I tailor therapy to each individual, balancing practical tools with deeper exploration so that change feels both meaningful and sustainable. Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxious patterns, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or navigating a new phase of life, we can work together to build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My Values as a Therapist

I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences with openness and curiosity. Together, we identify your unique values and work toward individualized goals that support a rich, meaningful life. I also recognize the importance of our relationships—with ourselves and with others—in shaping our well-being, and I help clients develop greater psychological flexibility to navigate life's challenges while strengthening the connections that are most important to them. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and take intentional steps toward living in accordance with their values, even in the presence of difficult thoughts and emotions. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, practical skills, and collaboration as you create lasting, meaningful change.
