My Ideal Client

I believe that life is the greatest experiment of all. I invite clients to join me as we investigate essential questions. How do we want to relate to ourselves? How do we want to relate to the people that we love? And how might we go about changing our relationships, with ourselves and with others? I offer individual, relationship, and family counseling sessions. My goal is to create a warm, safe, environment that enables the curiosity and risk-taking that is required for change.

We will focus on taking action to deepen and strengthen the relationships in your life, including your relationship with yourself. Solutions-focused techniques will help guide us by providing a framework or determining what your ultimate goals are, and identifying your key supporters, as well as solving everyday problems that require immediate action.
