I help people navigate life changes and challenges. Whether struggling with communication, intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected. Specializing in relationship and intimacy therapy for ALL, specifically for the LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and ALL sexually marginalized communities.

I offer personalized therapy sessions to help develop deep self-worth and confidence to overcome any challenges and live a more wholehearted and fulfilling life. Striving to provide supportive psychotherapy during each appointment. My practice involves using an eclectic approach based on your needs, including Solution-Focused Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and Positive Psychology therapeutic approach. Valuing a holistic, integrative treatment approach, which includes behavioral strategies, to equip each client with skills and strategies to improve their quality of life.
