My Ideal Client

As a Psych NP, I want to support you through life's challenges. I support nearly every mental health concern, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, sleep, & PTSD. I have special interest in serving clients who are pregnant, postpartum, experiencing loss or fertility issues, or affected by hormonal changes/HRT. I bring a comprehensive understanding of reproductive and physical health to assist you in weighing options for care and creating a plan that is consistent with your goals and values.

My Approach to Helping

I integrate education, transparency, shared decision-making, and humor when meeting with clients. While I offer med management, I believe that meds are only one of the available tools, as behavioral and lifestyle changes are important for sustainable well-being. I offer med management with or without brief therapy but cannot offer stand-alone weekly therapy.
