My Ideal Client

I work with couples and individuals who feel out of sync—emotionally or sexually—and want something more real than surface-level connection. You might struggle to talk about sex, feel mismatched in desire, or unsure how to reconnect. I offer a collaborative space to slow down, understand your patterns, and build a relationship that feels more connected and aligned. Together, we create a space to explore what’s going on and learn how to communicate with honesty and authenticity.

My Approach to Helping

I’m an AASECT-certified sex therapist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology, specializing in the intersection of emotional and sexual connection within relationships. My work focuses on helping couples and individuals navigate desire differences, communication challenges, performance anxiety, and intimacy concerns with clarity and compassion. I bring a blend of evidence-based frameworks and real-world, relational insight to this work—supporting clients in understanding patterns, reducing shame, and creating more honest, fulfilling connections. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded, with a strong emphasis on helping you translate insight into meaningful change in your relationship and sex life. I also work with diverse relationship structures and identities, offering an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, non-monogamous relationships, and those exploring their sexuality more deeply.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and deeply value creating a space that is affirming, inclusive, and free of judgment. In my work, I’ve seen how many people and couples don’t feel like they have a truly safe place to talk about sex—especially when something isn’t working. That silence often leads to shame, disconnection, and feeling stuck. I became a sex therapist to help change that. I’m passionate about destigmatizing conversations around sex and creating a space where you can be honest about your experiences, questions, and challenges. Beyond just talking, I offer practical, usable tools to help you and your partner reconnect, communicate more openly, and build a relationship and sex life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—I work with you to find what actually fits your relationship, your identity, and your life.
