My Ideal Client

Struggling with relationships, feeling overwhelmed, and finding it hard to keep up with school or work because of difficulty in social situations, inability to organize yourself, disrupted sleep, or tumultuous moods? You're not alone. I understand the dread and paralyzing effects these symptoms can have on your life.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to healing encompasses a holistic view of your well-being. It's about more than just medications; it's about addressing the whole person. When appropriate, medication management is integrated into your treatment plan, tailored to your specific needs. But beyond that, we explore the power of exercise, diet, and supplementation to support your mental health. It's about empowering you with tools to thrive in all aspects of your life. We focus on learning new coping strategies that suit your individual challenges, helping you navigate through life's ups and downs with resilience. Additionally, we delve into healing relationship patterns, recognizing the profound impact they have on your overall wellness. By embracing this comprehensive approach, we're dedicated to guiding you towards a balanced and fulfilling life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I grew up in a home surrounded by untreated struggles with mental illness. Today, those same family members are thriving because of proper care. As I saw my family members bloom with the right medications and support, after so many years of improper diagnosis and missed treatment, I realized how great the need was for early detection, treatment, and support of persons struggling with mental illness. I have strong ties to the Christian community, and in the spirit of that faith I aim to support all persons and work every day to be a compassionate ally to all persons regardless of gender/race/sexuality. In my spare time, I love to garden, bake for my family, and play with my service dog, Molly, who you'll get to meet if we have an in person visit.
