My Ideal Client

I believe in the equal importance between therapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions in the management of mental health. I approach care from a wellness model, where the core belief is that you can heal from your current struggle and function in a very whole and rounded way without feeling weighed down by illness. My style is relational and collaborative, providing information, advocacy, and trouble shooting to help you make the best decisions about your care.

My Approach to Helping

I earned my BSN from OHSU and MSN from Gonzaga, and bring over 12 years of experience to my work in mental health. I provide diagnostic assessments and medication management for a wide range of mental health concerns, and I often integrate therapeutic support into our sessions. My approach is warm, steady, and deeply relational—I take time to truly know my clients, offering encouragement, guidance, and practical help in the day-to-day. I value natural treatments and lifestyle changes alongside medication, and believe healing is possible with the right support. I work closely with our skilled therapists to ensure collaborative, well-rounded care tailored to your unique needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Mental health care became personal for me early in life. I grew up surrounded by loved ones who struggled for years without the support or answers they needed. I watched them slowly come back to life once they were truly seen—once the right diagnosis, medication, and support were finally in place. That transformation stayed with me and led me here. I approach this work with deep respect for each person’s story. I believe healing happens in relationships where people feel safe, listened to, and not rushed. My goal is to offer that kind of space—one that’s steady, caring, and judgment-free. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace. Outside of work, I love gardening, baking for my family, and spending time with my service dog, Molly—who you may get to meet if we see each other in person.
