My Ideal Client

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed to provide telehealth in OR, WA, and NM. I work with adults and teens (16+) seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and want to better understand themselves, manage emotions, and restore balance. Many value a compassionate, inclusive space—especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community—where they can explore their identity and build resilience.
