My Ideal Client

Have you struggled to put your experience into words? Are patterns showing up that are hard to describe—like something you feel more than you think. Sometimes anxiety, stress, and trauma do not present through thoughts — they exist in the body. So how do you talk about something that’s hard to find the words for? Although we have a rich vocabulary, there are limits to what words can capture. That’s why I take an approach that gently slows down and tunes into what your body is telling you.

My Approach to Helping

My work is grounded in polyvagal theory and approaches that integrate mindfulness, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll explore how your experiences—especially the ones that feel stuck or hard to name—might be showing up in your body. From there, we can build awareness, safety, and flexibility to respond in new ways. This work doesn’t require you to have it all figured out. You don’t need the perfect words. You’re welcome here exactly as you are—with your uncertainty, your curiosity, your protective patterns, and your hopes. What could shift if we created a space for the parts of you that have been quietly holding your story and experience?

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Originally from the East Coast, I completed my bachelor’s in psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, then followed my love for nature and community to the Pacific Northwest, where I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University in Oregon. I’ve put down deep roots in this part of the States, nurtured through meaningful connection and community. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me: dancing to live music to connect with rhythm and community. practicing yoga to bring my awareness to the present moment. paddleboarding because nothing is more calming than being on the water. spending time outdoors with my dog, Jesse.
