My Ideal Client

I work with parents, kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. I’m passionate about helping parents reconnect with their strengths, supporting kids and teens in building confidence, and guiding adults to explore their patterns and find clarity in order to move forward.

My Background

My path into therapy began as a personal trainer and basketball coach, where I discovered my love for motivation, mindset work, and helping others reach their potential. I later worked as a professional school counselor in both elementary and middle schools, where I supported students with emotional and behavioral challenges and collaborated closely with educators and families. In addition to my school-based experience, I gained valuable clinical experience working in private practice supporting children with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation, as well as partnering with parents to strengthen the parent-child relationship. As a parent of three myself, I understand firsthand how rewarding—and at times overwhelming—family life can be. That personal experience continues to shape my compassionate, down-to-earth approach to supporting others through the ups and downs of parenting and daily life.
