My Ideal Client

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating communication challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My clients want lasting, transformative change. Many of my clients are in a period of self-discovery, noticing patterns they wish to disrupt. Together, we will create a plan that honors your unique experiences and goals while building stronger communication skills, greater self-understanding, and new ways of navigating life's challenges.

My Background and Approach

My background is in Applied Behavior Analysis, where I supported neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families. This work has deeply informed my approach to therapy and strengthened my belief in each human's capacity for meaningful, lasting change. I have a particular interest in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches. I believe the stories we carry about ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences deeply influence how we move through the world. I also believe these stories can be rewritten. I find somatic work to be powerful and incorporate it into every step of treatment. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation, and that therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

My Approach to Helping

No one knows your story better than you. My role is to bring curiosity, compassion, and perspective to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe to be honest, explore difficult emotions, and consider new ways of relating to yourself and others.
