My Ideal Client

Healing is a radical act. I support individuals navigating identity, marginalization, and the exhaustion of conforming to oppressive systems. My approach is rooted in liberation psychology, centering your autonomy and cultural wisdom. We will explore how power dynamics shape your well-being and work to reclaim your voice and peace. If you are ready to trade survival for a life of authentic connection and self-determination, let’s begin this collaborative work.

My Background and Approach

I am a trauma-informed clinician dedicated to a practice rooted in Liberation Psychology and decolonial healing. My clinical background is built on supporting individuals navigating the heavy intersections of anxiety, systemic oppression, and generational trauma. I hold the firm belief that much of our 'dis-ease' is a sane response to insane systems; therefore, my approach moves away from traditional pathologizing and toward collective liberation. In our work together, I integrate evidence-based clinical tools with a critical lens on power, identity, and social context. My specialties include working with life transitions, identity reclamation, and the unique burnout that arises from navigating marginalized spaces. I don't just aim to help you 'cope'. I partner with you to dismantle internalized shame and reclaim your inherent agency. My space is one of radical validation, curiosity, and a commitment to your holistic wellbeing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a site of liberation, not just adjustment to an unhealthy environment. I'm a counselor because of my commitment to social justice and decolonial healing, and am working to change the model that pathologizes individuals and instead looking at the systemic contexts of our lives. I believe that mental wellness is inseparable from collective well-being. I am a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ2S+ community and those navigating the intersections of marginalized identities. My background is rooted in trauma-informed systemic advocacy, specifically addressing the weight of generational trauma and the exhaustion of navigating oppressive structures. I view our sessions as a collaborative partnership where your lived expertise is honored. practices. Whether we are untangling anxiety, identity, or the burnout of survival, my goal is to a supportive space to help you re
