Focus Friends: Virtual Body Doubling Space for Neurodivergent Adults

This virtual body doubling group is for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism, and AuDHD) who benefit from non-judgmental accountability and shared focus. Sessions include a brief check-in, quiet co-working, and optional reflection. Bring work, chores, creative projects, or self-care. Cameras on/off, movement, stimming, and breaks welcome. Join a supportive space where showing up is a win. No diagnosis required.
