My Ideal Client
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication problems, parenting problems and grief and loss. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am compassionate, curious, trauma-informed, and social-justice oriented. I believe that counseling support helps people feel less isolated and alone when facing lifes difficulties. My approach combines emotionally focused approaches, cognitive-behavioral methods and a depth and attachment perspective to help you achieve self-awareness and healing.
