My Ideal Client

I support clients wanting to change persistent beliefs of not being good enough, heal from their past, and build more connection, joy, and fulfillment in life. Many of my clients initially come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by self-critical or anxious thoughts, and wanting more confidence navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday stressors.

My Background

I am the founder of Endeavor Counseling and Consultation, LLC. Before establishing my practice, I gained valuable experience working as a therapist in community mental health and group practice settings. - Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University - Practicing for 10 years - Independently licensed in OR State - National Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board for Certified Counselors - EMDR Level II Trained from the Institute for Creative Mindfulness - Former instructor for the Psychology Department at Columbus State Community College

My Approach to Helping

I believe meaningful therapy happens through genuine human connection. This shapes how I structure my practice, with a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship at the foundation of my work. This space is client-centered, and supportive of curiosity and gentle challenge. My approach integrates several evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness based approaches, and EMDR. Sessions are goal-oriented while still allowing space for exploration and processing. Together, we address patterns and underlying factors contributing to your concerns, build a kinder relationship to yourself, and develop practical tools and insight to confidently navigate life moving forward.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that can help process distressing experiences, and shift long-held negative beliefs. EMDR is integrated thoughtfully and collaboratively based on each client’s readiness and goals. Some clients may also pursue EMDR as a stand alone therapy.
