My Ideal Client

My clients often seek therapy due to feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I help by working collaboratively with you to identify patterns and past events that shape your experience today. I have worked in numerous settings which has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals at various life stages and circumstances. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety and depression.

My Approach to Helping

In our first few sessions, I’ll learn more about your goals for therapy. We’ll work together to explore what’s been working, what isn’t, and how to move forward. I use a collaborative approach combining skills training with processing and increasing insight. I am passionate about using ecotherapy practices to combine time in nature and connection with the natural world with traditional psychotherapy to improve the effectiveness of therapy. In addition to telehealth sessions, I also offer walking sessions in Portland, Oregon.
