My Approach to Helping

I offer thoughtful, whole-person support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I’m a trauma survivor myself, and that experience deeply informs the way I practice, with awareness and respect for the courage it takes to keep showing up. My approach to psychiatric care is integrative by design: grounding evidence-based clinical practice in a genuine understanding of the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I believe you always have a say in your treatment. Your goals, your concerns, and your values are woven into every decision we make together. Collaboration isn't just something I believe in; it's how I practice.

I offer trauma‑informed, whole‑person psychiatric care shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I value clarity, compassion, and helping people feel understood and empowered. I also write about mental health to make complex topics feel more accessible and less isolating.
