My Ideal Client

i work with people bringing a gift or vision into the world, whether you’re still finding your path or already walking one you’ve made. you feel love and care for your gift or vision, and this work feels bigger than one person can be with. you’re looking for warmth, safety, and deep listening as your gift takes shape, one step at a time. this is a non-clinical practice, not therapy or counseling, and not about resolving mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

My Background and Approach

background: i came to this work through two professions, architecture and somatic empathy practice. in both, i’ve practiced being with what’s true and helping it find a form that can be seen and met. approach: my practice moves between two spaces, woven as one. in honoring, we meet what you’re bringing into the world with warmth, safety, and deep listening. in walking together, what you’re bringing touches the world, and we stay in relationship through it, however that looks. each space feeds the next, each round adding to the last. fees: $200 per session; $1,000 for a 6-pack of six sessions. we begin with a single session, a chance to sense whether this work is aligned for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

i believe we each have a gift that is part of our unique contribution, and that nurturing it is bigger than any one person. i see it as vital that our gifts are nourished in being known, cared for, appreciated, and walked with step by heart-aligned step. i care about cultivating safety together—to be present on a walk that is still taking shape. i focus on supporting the relationship between a person and their gift. being with honors identity and welcomes diversity of neurotype, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, and ability.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Relational  External link

we meet in relationship with you and your gift, and tend that relationship with warmth.

  • Humanistic  External link

i trust your own sense of what’s true for you. we start from the love you already have for your gift and listen for what’s wanting to emerge.

  • Experiential External link

we stay with what you feel and notice in the moment, letting understanding come through lived experience.

  • Nonviolent Communication External link

i have a strong foundation in listening for feelings and needs underneath words, and in hearing your gift with honesty and care.

  • Coaching External link

closest word here, though i wouldn’t quite call it coaching: non-clinical support, walking with you as your gift takes shape.
