My Approach to Helping

I use evidenced-based treatment that is tailored to your specific needs, more specifically CBT, ACT, ERP, and MI. I work with those who’ve experienced trauma, grief/loss, life transitions (specifically separation/divorce), depression and anxiety. I have training in supporting those with ADHD, and I’m actively being trained in Exposure Therapy (ERP).

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I became a therapist after a deep-seated desire to be able to show up to work supporting others. Through my own personal experience and background, I have discovered it’s not only valuable to have support along the way, but someone who really understands you for who you are, and is willing to really listen. I hope to be this for other people in the best way I can, learn along the way, and help others find what matters most to them in the process.
