My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with individuals and familes recovering from injury. I understand the complex challenges involved in recovery from moderate to severe brain injury, concussion, spinal cord injury, chronic illness, long-term COVID recovery, persistent pain, and other neurological or orthopedic injuries. Additionally, I work with people who are struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as individuals striving for personal growth.

My Background and Approach

Licensed in multiple states including Oregon, Nebraska, Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Colorado, Michigan, Washington, Arizona, and Montana. I offer online psychology and counseling teletherapy services designed to connect your recovery plan to your home environment and help you heal, grow and re-engage with your life following life-changing events. I have worked with individuals and families recovering from tragedy for over 20 years. If you, your loved one, or your family is struggling to cope with and recover from significant life changes following an injury or illness, you are not alone. I am happy to support you during this challenging time to find ways to help you heal, grow, and re-engage with life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all have strengths, we all have the capacity for change and growth, and we all experience times of struggle. Acknowledging the struggle and reaching out for support and assistance requires courage. I honor that courage, and I feel lucky to be able to join people on their journey toward recovery from injury and illness, during times of personal struggle, and as they strive for their fullest potential.
