I work with individuals and couples impacted by pornography use, compulsive sexual behavior, and betrayal. Many feel stuck in shame, secrecy, or broken trust and want real change. I help clients understand patterns, create safety, heal emotional wounds, and rebuild honesty, connection, and integrity in themselves and their relationships.
Specialties
I help men struggling with compulsive or problematic sexual behavior gain understanding and take practical steps toward healthier choices. As a CSAT, I use assessments and a structured process (30 Task Model) to uncover patterns, increase insight, and guide clients toward sustainable change in their sexual behavior and relationships. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on long-term growth and healing.
I work with men who want to face what has been holding them back or poisoning their lives, from compulsive sexual behaviors to relational struggles. Together, we take concrete steps to build the future they’ve always wanted while also learning to accept themselves, process shame, and begin healing. My approach combines honesty, practical guidance, and a focus on lasting growth.
I support individuals and couples navigating the trauma of betrayal, including affairs or secrecy around sexual behavior. Betrayal shakes both partners’ sense of reality, and I help them get on the same page about what happened and how it has impacted the relationship. Together, we establish truth, create safety, and build a new foundation that allows trust and intimacy to grow at a sustainable pace.
I help men struggling with pornography use or compulsive sexual behavior take the first steps toward lasting change. Together, we build a personalized recovery roadmap, create a tech plan, and establish early sobriety routines. My approach emphasizes practical structure, accountability, and understanding patterns so clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.
