My Ideal Client

I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD), as well as life transitions, feeling stuck, wanting to learn more about yourself, and improving your quality of life in work, relationships, family, friendship, and/or community. I have worked with a wide range of demographics: genders, sexualities, races, ethnicities, religions, neurodivergences, and socio-economic backgrounds.

My Approach to Helping

I try to create a space where discovery can happen. We will work towards your goals, emotional growth, and full potential. I hope to provide the trust and safety necessary for these acts of courage, and, ultimately... love. Something that distinguishes me from most therapists is that I have a PhD from UC Berkeley in Humanities, in addition to an MA in Psychotherapy. Both programs included Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, and Existential theories, but Berkeley also offered Cultural Studies, Gender Theory, and Media Studies, which enrich my approach to therapy.
