My therapy approach will help you build new behaviors that align with the person you want to be and get control of behaviors that no longer fit your life. Because the path towards recovery and growth is difficult, I try to make the journey as enjoyable as possible. While providing empirically supported treatments, I mix in irreverence, bad puns, and a youthful energy.

What I Specialize In

have specialty training in working with survivors of childhood abuse using a novel treatment called Contextual Trauma Therapy. This treatment aims to help recover not only from the trauma itself, but also the dysfunctional environment in which it occurs. My skillset is uniquely built to address the wide array of issues that can result from PTSD/C-PTSD as I believe you have to specialize in more than just trauma to help work towards resolution.
