I work with individuals (15 years and older) experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image issues.
My Approach to Helping
I tailor my treatment approach to each individual client. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in my work with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of us struggle with mental health challenges at some point in life. We are not meant to struggle alone, and my goal is to be a supportive presence to aid in your healing journey.
