How I Can Help You
I provide neurodivergent-affirming mental health care for adults with ADHD and/or autism. I support my patients with navigating the world as an ADHDer and/or an autistic person, as well as treating common co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience working with high-masking people, women, men, non-binary, and trans individuals. The care I provide is tailored to the individual, and can include counseling, prescription medications, or natural medicine. I also offer clinical ADHD and autism assessments and post-diagnosis support.
