My Approach to Helping

I work in a way that’s sensitive to past difficult experiences, guided by your goals, and focused on helping you understand yourself better. I believe in building on your strengths and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and valued. As a licensed counselor practicing in Oregon for over 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, grief, and major life transitions. My work is guided by deep respect for each person’s unique story and resilience. I especially enjoy working with adult children of Eastern European immigrants. I understand the complexities of navigating identity, generational dynamics, and cultural expectations, and I offer a compassionate space to explore these experiences.
