My Ideal Client

You might be navigating poly or ENM and struggling to find grounding or secure attachment in something newly opened. You might be trans and wondering about low dose T or E, or how your body will begin to align with your sense of self. You might be neurodivergent and recovering from burnout or trying to build a life that feels unmasked. I work with queer, trans, and neurodivergent adults in these edges.

My Approach to Helping

Opening a relationship can bring up comparison, reaching, and loss of grounding. Using a parts-based and attachment lens, we track the protectors that show up and the needs underneath them. I support each partner in identifying their needs and collaborating on ways those needs can be met without compromise. Together, we can deconstruct the relationship escalator and move toward consciously choosing what your relationship becomes. For nonbinary and trans clients, including those exploring social or physical transition, our work centers on alignment. Through a parts-informed and relational approach, we move at the pace of your body, making space for both clarity and uncertainty. For ADHD, AuDHD, and autistic clients, therapy often focuses on recovery from burnout, unmasking, and building a life that honors a monotropic mind and your natural shape of attention. Our work supports clear, needs-based communication and a more secure relationship with yourself and others.
