My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with neurodivergent people of all ages and backgrounds. I have supported many clients in exploring possible diagnoses and connecting with helpful resources and supports. I am especially passionate about helping people understand their symptoms, feel validated in their experiences, and build confidence in themselves as they are.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 2014 and completed my clinical licensure while working in Astoria, Oregon. I also hold a graduate certificate in Infant and Toddler Mental Health from PSU. My approach to therapy is simple: I believe that you have the capacity to build a life that feels right for you. My role is to walk alongside you in that process. Therapy with me is collaborative and strengths-based because you are the expert in your own life. As a woman who recently received a late diagnosis of autism and ADHD, I understand firsthand what it feels like to move through a world that was not designed for how your brain works. I know the exhaustion of masking, the confusion of missed signs, and the relief that can come with understanding yourself more clearly. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, process, heal, and grow while gaining a deeper understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world around you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After a few years in Kansas, I returned to Oregon in 2017. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time hiking with my partner, reading, making art, listening to music, watching movies, playing video games, and spending time in our beautiful forests. I am also a devoted animal lover and share my home with a rescue French Bulldog, Poppy, and a Pug puppy, Luna.
