My Ideal Client

Do you feel like you’re constantly trying harder than everyone else just to keep up with daily life? Many of the clients and families I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood, or frustrated by patterns they’ve struggled to change on their own. Some are navigating ADHD that has gone unrecognized for years, while others are trying to understand why work, school, relationships, parenting, emotional regulation, or daily responsibilities can feel harder than it seems.

My Approach to Helping

I specialize in ADHD-focused therapy and evaluation across the lifespan and often work with clients navigating ADHD alongside stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life experiences that can impact overall well-being and functioning. Many of the clients I work with have spent years masking, overcompensating, or trying to force themselves through patterns that leave them feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or believing something is wrong with them. My approach combines practical support with deeper understanding, helping clients gain insight into how their brains and nervous systems work while building more sustainable ways of navigating daily life. As clients begin to better understand themselves and how ADHD impacts their lives, many also begin recognizing strengths and ways of thinking that have been there all along.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people make more meaningful and lasting change when they feel genuinely understood rather than judged. Much of my work is centered around helping clients move away from shame and toward greater self-compassion, self-awareness, and practical support that actually fits their lives. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me spending time outdoors with my family, running, hiking, reading, or planning our next adventure.
