My Ideal Client

I work with people who feel stuck in the same old loops, whether that’s in their relationships, their self-talk, or how they move through the world. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected, carrying old hurts, or tired of trying to be who everyone else thinks you should be. My clients are ready to get curious, dig into the real stuff, and find ways of showing up that actually feel like them.

My Approach to Helping

My work is relational, emotionally attuned, and culturally responsive. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to help clients connect with overlooked parts of themselves and create new ways of relating that feel authentic and alive.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

As a mixed-race, bicultural woman, I carry an embodied understanding of complexity and nuance, and I’m drawn to work that honors your full humanity—including the parts that have been hidden, disowned, or told they don’t belong. In our work, we’ll explore not just your personal story, but how the systems around you have shaped what feels possible or permissible. I’m especially attuned to the quieter ways disconnection shows up—through self-doubt, shame, perfectionism, or silence—and I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
