My Ideal Client

You may feel caught in constant worry or self-criticism, overthinking everything from small choices to your relationships. Maybe you try to keep control, meet everyone’s needs, or avoid mistakes, yet still feel anxious or disconnected. It can be exhausting to live this way. Many of my clients want to quiet their minds, understand themselves more deeply, and feel more at ease being who they are.

My Approach to Helping

In our work together, I offer a collaborative space where you can slow down to notice what’s happening inside and approach it with curiosity and care. We’ll explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships—and how they may have once helped you manage or feel protected, even if they no longer serve you now. I integrate approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, IFS, and ERP to support both understanding and change. For clients navigating OCD or anxiety, ERP is used thoughtfully and at a pace that feels manageable. This work often involves learning ways to regulate emotions, face fears, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that need attention and compassion. My style is grounded in authenticity and partnership, helping you develop insight, flexibility, and trust in your ability to meet life’s challenges.

My Values as a Therapist

My work is guided by values of acceptance, curiosity, and compassion. These guide the kind of environment I offer, one where you can explore without fear of judgment and feel supported in making choices that honor your own pace and needs. I believe growth happens when we feel seen and have room to question, learn, and experiment with new ways of being - not by striving for perfection but through understanding yourself and developing self-trust.
