My Approach to Helping

My approach is empathetic and warm, I aim to build a safe and trusting space with my clients. I utilize solutions focused, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ACT therapeutic interventions. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working with teens and young adults for the past twelve years. I have been in private practice for the past eight years.
