Depression, anxiety, racing thoughts, compulsions - these can all cause feelings of heaviness. I know it is hard to try to figure out how to deal with it all and not feel overwhelmed. It is overwhelming! But, you are not alone. Reaching out for help is also hard. You might feel like you are weak or that it's impossible to get help. You are strong to ask for help because everyone deserves to feel peace; to feel safe. And, yes, happiness.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is holistic, eclectic, and client-centered. I work with clients of all ages, including couples and families, to bridge new relationships with their pasts so that their futures can be fulfilling and hopeful. Again, thank you for being here.
