Oregon Health Plan

Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is Oregon's state medicaid program. Click here to apply for OHP.

If you have Medicaid/OHP and are in the Portland metro area, your mental health coverage is provided by CareOregon/HealthShare, OpenCard, Trillium or Pacific Source.

The therapists listed below accept at least one of these plans. Before reaching out to a therapist, please check your ID card. It will tell you whether you have CareOregon/HealthShare, OpenCard, Trillium or Pacific Source. Then, you can view a therapist’s profile to make sure they have listed your specific (or particular) type of OHP mental health coverage under the insurance plans they accept.
