My graduate work rests on 20 years of previous clinical experience. I am certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, NARM practitioner for attachment, relational and developmental trauma, as well as, having completed Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy training. My Approach to Helping

I appreciate that you reading this is a reflection of your own curiosity and showing up for yourself! Therapy is a safe, collaborative, and respectful space to work with you towards lessening your struggles and achieving your goals. Our work together is an opportunity to shift from scripts, wounding and habit patterns of your past and more fully enter the present moment with clarity, belief in yourself, and strength to act. Ultimately, our work together can decrease your stress, cultivate a more comfortable relationship with yourself and others, and overall lead to more possibilities and self-empowerment. My aim is to support your natural capacities, as you grow beyond limitations towards self-acceptance, health, and connection. During our time together, I am interested in how to aid you in developing resources of awareness, embodiment, creativity, resilience, and self-compassion to transform moments of challenge towards greater ease and life satisfaction.
