My Approach to Helping

I believe lasting change begins with understanding yourself with compassion rather than judgment. In therapy, we will explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and the world around you. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practices to help you manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want to create.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Growing up between different countries and cultures has shaped the way I view healing, connection, and the importance of feeling understood. I believe our cultural backgrounds and personal histories play an important role in our mental health journey. I am passionate about providing culturally affirming therapy and supporting the Latinx community, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to help clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that best represents their experiences.
