My Ideal Client

Many of my clients are carrying the weight of trauma—whether from early life experiences, relational wounds, or difficult life transitions. This can show up as feeling stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from yourself or others, or overwhelmed by grief, shame, anxiety, or self-doubt. When life feels heavy for too long, it may be time to try a new path. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a trauma-informed, affirming space where you can explore your challenges with compassion.

How I Can Help You

I am a person-centered, existential, and psychodynamic therapist, which is a clinical way of saying that our work together will focus not only on easing suffering but also on helping you reconnect with meaning, purpose, and your authentic self. Together, we will work to gently uncover and heal the underlying pain that continues to shape your present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Our work won’t simply focus on what happened in the past—it will explore how those experiences continue to live in your nervous system and influence the way you move through the world today, so you can begin living with greater clarity, connection, and intention. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), existential therapy, and focused trauma processing. I aim to walk alongside you as you develop healthier patterns, deeper self-understanding, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

More About the People I Treat

I also have a particular interest in working with men and men’s issues. Many men carry unspoken pressures around identity, relationships, emotional expression, purpose, and expectations of strength or self-reliance. Therapy can provide a space to explore these experiences honestly and without judgment—whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, fatherhood, trauma, anger, anxiety, loneliness, life transitions, or questions of meaning and identity. My goal is to provide care that is safe, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you move toward a fuller and more grounded way of living.
