My Ideal Client

Many of my clients are carrying the weight of trauma—whether from early life experiences, relational wounds, or difficult life transitions. This can show up as feeling stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from yourself or others, or overwhelmed by grief, shame, anxiety, or self-doubt. When life feels heavy for too long, it may be time to try a new path. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a trauma-informed, affirming space where you can explore your challenges with compassion.

How I Can Help You

Together, we’ll work to gently uncover and heal the underlying pain—helping you develop healthier patterns, deeper self-understanding, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from a range of modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Rapid Trauma Processing. Our work won’t just focus on what happened in the past—it will explore how those experiences continue to live in your nervous system and shape your present, so you can move forward with greater clarity and connection.
